When you reserve/order an item, we'll reply with an e-mail. If you don't receive a reply message in 48 hours, please contact us again, because that means we didn't receive your e-mail.



Regarding vintage items, almost all of them were used before, but most are in a good or very good vintage condition. When the traces of use are obvious or influence the function of the piece, that is mentioned in the photos and/or in the article description.

We do our best to select things which are of a high standard and then photograph them as accurately as possible. Mail us if you have questions about a particular item.

VAT Vintage Items

Regarding vintage items for the most situations and due to tax exemption, there is no VAT and our prices are final, except if you are a final consumer from the UE other than Portugal (not a company with VAT number valid in VIES). In this case, 23% of VAT will be added.

Shipping 

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days within West and Central Europe. For other destinations it may take a longer, depending on the region.

Our packing supplies are biodegradable boxes, envelopes & bubble wrap.

We do not make profit from our P&P, all prices are based on current Mail guidelines. VAT is added onto the postage costs for Europe. Consequently the amount seen on your parcel may differ from the amount you were charged. 

Charges are calculated automatically when you check out. If you have any questions about shipping, please ask and we can help.

Collect at the Store

You can collect from our Porto store by choosing this option on checkout. When your order is ready for collection we will contact you to let you know.

Prices

All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment. All prices and shipping include VAT at the current rate.

All prices indicated on the site refer only to the product described - other accessories such as bulbs, etc., are not included.

Payment Method

For online purchases, we accept credit cards only. 

Returns Policy

We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive, but if it’s not the case, please get in touch. You must return us the order in its original condition within 14 days, in order to get an exchange or refund. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded. 

Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. 

Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided.

If you do send items back, then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
